The original recipe
This recipe is adapted from Half Baked Harvest, Halloween Monster Mash Cookies.
How I made it gluten free
- Swapped the regular flour with Bob’s Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour.
- Used gluten-free old-fashioned oats.
- Left the pretzels out (tried a batch with gluten-free pretzels, but they were chewy after being baked).
These are adapted from Half Baked Harvest’s Halloween Monster Mash Cookies.
Cross-contamination note: If you’re concerned about shared-facility risk with M&M’s, use Unreal Milk Chocolate Gems instead.
